GENERAL
The act of placing an order with Suprêm’Salade © mean formal acceptance of these terms and conditions that's Convention prevail over those of l'buyer . The information contained on the site are given that purposes only and are subject to change without notice.
The order on the site involves www.salade.ch endorsement of the client to these general conditions. Suprêm’Salade © reserves the right to change the general sales conditions below. The client may inquire about any changes in these conditions the only online.

SCHEDULE AND DELIVERY
MORNING :
From Monday to Friday starting at 8h00 to 14h00 all year by internet and phone.

AFTER NOON :
From Monday to Friday starting at 18h00 to 21h00 from 1er may to 30 september only by phone at 0848 72 52 33

DEADLINE :
All our salads are prepared by the minute.
Suprêm’Salade © guarantees the freshness of its products.
Our delivery goal is 40 minutes, this time is likely to vary depending on the vagaries of daily (weather, traffic, ...).
The agreed delivery time is given in good faith for guidance, and their non-compliance does not lead to any compensation.
If this time does not suit you, you can cancel your order by phone by calling 0848 72 52 33.

PAYMENT
Suprêm’Salade © does not charge for delivery. The order will be delivered to the client against payment thereof.
For customers account (account opening on request) payments may be delayed by agreement of both parties. Meanwhile, the bills are payable upon receipt.

MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order: CHF 15 .- (or, at least a salad)

CONSERVATION
Upon receipt by the customer, the products must be stored in a cool and dry. Suprêm’Salade © disclaims any liability in cases where the goods delivered are not kept under the conditions indicated and consumed within a reasonable time. A maximum of 12 after delivery.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND RATES
The products presented are subject to change without notice by Suprêm’Salade © . Prices may be reviewed at any time without notice. The prices charged are those in effect at the time of ordering. They are subject to the VAT rate applicable law in force. In cases where it would be changed, our prices would be revised. All new fees or charges that may be developed, or changes in existing taxes or charges would automatically adjust prices.

CLAIMS
The customer will check the compliance of the delivery of its order. Any complaint must, to be taken into account, the timing of delivery and be mentioned. Any dispute regarding the billing will be taken into account within 8 days of the invoice.

DISPUTES
Failing amicable settlement, all disputes will be the sole jurisdiction of Swiss law, the exclusive is in Geneva.
